First, the very elegant case is well made, comes in many colors, and folds completely back on itself making it very comfortable to hold.
Second, there are NO BATTERIES TO REPLACE! The LED light is powered from your Kindle and is not a significant drain on it.
Third, the LED light should last the life of your Kindle. Don’t worry about having to replace it.

One thing you will notice right away is that the LED light is really elevated and perhaps more directional.
This LED is NOT powered by the Kindle battery, the AG13 batteries it requires are provided but will need replacing. It’s best to have some spares handy.
This case also features a wrist strap, something that some people will love and others find no need for.
To us, the term “polyurethane leather” seems to be contradiction of terms, but most – not all – reviewers of the product on Amazon’s site were pleased with the quality of the product.
